All invoices are shared via email or payment portal and include tax (if applicable under Pakistani law).
6. AI Agents & Data Handling
Our AI agents (chatbots, WhatsApp bots, voice bots) may temporarily process user-provided data for response generation and service improvement. We do not sell or misuse data shared via chatbot sessions.
By using our AI features, you consent to the handling of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Meta, Twilio, OpenAI). You acknowledge that:
- We are not liable for issues caused by third-party downtimes or changes
- Your compliance with those platforms’ terms is your responsibility
- You may be required to create or provide credentials for integrations

- Project cancellation before initial work begins
- Mutual agreement due to misalignment or technical feasibility
